Be a Rainbow in Someone Else’s Cloud

This painting is alcohol ink and acrylic paint.

This painting is inspired by the late, great Maya Angelou who passed in 2014. She spent her life as an activist, poet, and speaker. I had the honor of seeing her speak on several occasions, in the last of which, she spoke of always striving to be a bright spot when someone needs you. She was wonderfully eloquent and if you search this title online, you can hear her various speeches on this topic.
